Home Visits
A new study has found that expectant mothers who receive home visits from trained client navigators and licensed master social workers and nurses have a better outcome of not delivering a low birth weight baby than other mothers in similar situations. Monthly one on one sessions on prenatal, maternal and infant care are offered.
